Stefan Zweig
Information
A duo of hardbacks featuring essays by the Austrian novelist Stefan Zweig, who was, at the time of original publication in 1927, one of the world’s most popular writers. The essays are dramatisations of pivotal episodes in human history and so the covers depict two feats – the discovery of the Pacific and Scott’s attempt to reach the South Pole – rendered as highly decorative, foil-blocked illustrations.
